Compounded GLP-1 + GIP (tirzepatide)

Possible risk of thyroid tumors, including cancer. Do not use it if you or your family have had medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician about a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.

  • Do not use it if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are allergic to tirzepatide.
  • Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney problems, serious allergic reactions and changes in vision.
  • Stop and get medical help right away for severe stomach pain that will not go away, with or without vomiting.
  • The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion and reactions where you inject.
  • It can make birth control pills work less well. Tell your clinician about every medicine you take.
