Refund And Cancellation Policy

EQL Health, LLC d/b/a Try EverWell
Our Commitment
We believe in transparent billing. Here is exactly what is and is not refundable.
Consultation & Clinical Review Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a licensed clinician has begun reviewing your intake. The clinical service — the physician’s time and evaluation — has been rendered regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
If you request cancellation before clinician review begins, you may be eligible for a full refund. Contact us promptly at [email protected].
Medication Fees
Medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed by the pharmacy. This is required by law and exists for patient safety.
Medications that leave pharmacy custody cannot be verified as safe for reuse.
If your medication arrived damaged, significantly delayed, or was dispensed in error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Subscriptions & Recurring Plans
You can cancel anytime through your patient portal or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle after confirmed cancellation.
Partial-month refunds are not available for periods already begun. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Refunds Considered at Our Discretion
Try EverWell may consider refunds for:
- Confirmed duplicate billing due to technical error
- A service not rendered due to a platform error
- Medication dispensed in clear error
Submit requests to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
